Multiple Membership Application and Payment Center

If you wish to process multiple membership applications and pay with a single credit card transaction you may be unable to do so at the National Membership Center because of Credit Card fraud protection implemented by some card processors, you may do so here. You must fax or mail your application(s) to the Mid-Atlantic membership processor and process payment for them with a single credit card transaction here.  Your application(s) will be processed and your number(s) will be sent to you promptly.
