Sts.) Reading, PA. FUNDRAISER MEET TO BENEFIT THE ALBRIGHT
COLLEGE TRACK & FIELD PROGRAM.

Track and remaining Field events – 55mH, 55m, Mile, 440 yd, Mile RW, 880
yd, 220 yd, 2 Mile, PV, HJ, LJ, TJ.
Unbanked 176 yd rubberized track.
Fees: Philadelphia Masters members: $8 per meet (no limit on # of events);
Non-members: $8 per event. No spikes or shoes that can hold
spikes. No entry before 7:30 am. Concessions available. Entry is day of meet. All
ages welcome.

Sunday December 11, 2005: 9:15 am (no entry before 8:30 am). Developmental meet at Haverford College (Haverford, PA). Events:
60mH, 60m, Mile, 400m, Mile RW, 800m, 200m, 3000m, LJ, HJ, TJ, SP. No Pole Vault. Unbanked 200m tartan track.
Fees: Philadelphia Masters members: $8 per meet (no limit on # of events);
Non-members: $8 per event. No spikes or shoes that can hold
spikes. No food or drink in the
facility. Entry is day of meet. All
ages welcome.

Sunday January 8, 2006: 9:30 am (no entry before 8:45 am). Developmental meet at Swarthmore College (Swarthmore, PA). Events:
55mH, 55m, Mile, 400m, Mile RW, 800m, 200m, 3000m, LJ, HJ, TJ, SP,
PV. Banked 215m tartan track. Fees: Philadelphia Masters members: $8 per meet (no limit on # of events); Non-members: $8 per event. Short spikes (¼”or less) or
flats. No food or drink in the facility. Entry is day of meet. All
ages welcome.

Saturday January 14, 2006: 2:00 pm (no entry before 1:00 pm). Developmental meet at Ursinus College (Collegeville, PA). Events:
55mH, 55m, Mile, 400m, Mile RW, 800m, 200m, 3000m, LJ, HJ, TJ, SP,
PV. Unbanked 200m tartan track. Concessions support the Ursinus College Track & Field Program. Fees: Philadelphia Masters members: $8 per meet (no limit on # of events); Non-members: $8 per event. No spikes or shoes that can

SP, PV. Unbanked 200m full-poured
urethane track. Fees: Philadelphia Masters
members: $8 per meet (no limit on # of
events); Non-members: $8 per
event. No spikes or shoes that can hold
spikes. No food or drink in the
facility. Entry is day of meet. All
ages welcome.

Saturday February 25, 2006: 1:00 pm (no entry before 12 noon). MID-ATLANTIC USATF OPEN
AND MASTERS INDOOR CHAMPIONSHIPS at Lehigh University (Bethlehem, PA). Meet
hosted by Philadelphia Masters Track & Field Association. Athletes
19 years of age or older are invited to compete. Events: 3000m RW, 60mH,
60m, Mile, 400m, 800m, 200m, 3000m, 4x400m relay, LJ, HJ, TJ, SP, WT, PV. Unbanked 200m 6-lane track (encapsulated SRI
400). Short spikes (¼”or less) or flats. Automatic
Timing. Track heats determined by
age group, gender, and seed time. Age Group
awards. Pre-entry available (entry form
available at www.pmtf.net or through contact person
below). 2006 USATF membership required
- available at meet or online at www.mausatf.org (click on “Join Now”). Concessions support the Lehigh University Track & Field Program.
Field Athletes: 1. LJ/TJ: open pit; HJ/SP/WT/PV
flights: older to younger. 2.
Maximum # of throws and jumps determined by officials.
3. Competitors should bring their own implements to
ensure the proper weight for their age group.
Except for the Championship
Meet: 1.
Track heats will be determined by seed
time only – not by age group or gender.
2. Discount rates will be
available to Youth Teams (coach plus 5 or more athletes) who provide
volunteers to help
at meet – contact Kyle or Joel (see below) before
day of meet.

DIRECTIONS:
To Albright College (indoor track meets December 4, 2005 & February
5, 2006):
From Philadelphia: Take Rt.
422W past the Pottstown exits. You will
see several "422Bus" signs on the way to Albright College - DO NOT
FOLLOW THEM! 5 miles before Reading
follow the 422W / To Interstate 176 / Reading sign (left 2 lanes). Stay on this bypass approximately 3 miles to
the Rt. 12E (Pricetown) exit. Follow
Rt. 12E for about 2.5 miles to the 11th St. exit. Continue down the ramp to your right and
onto 11th Street. At the 1st
traffic light turn left onto Rockland Street.
Proceed to the next traffic light and turn right onto 13th
Street. At the 1st stop sign
(2 blocks) the entrance to the LifeSports Center will be on your right. The track is on the 3rd floor.
From the east-west PA
Turnpike: From Exit 298 (Morgantown) take Interstate 176 north to Route
422W. Stay on this bypass approximately
2 miles to Rt. 12E (Pricetown) exit.

To Haverford College (indoor track meet December 11, 2005):
From Route 476 (the “Blue
Route”), take Exit 13 and proceed east on Route 30 (Lancaster Ave.) for about
3.5 miles. Turn right onto College
Lane. From City Line Avenue, take Route
30 (Lancaster Ave.) for about 3 miles.
Turn left onto College Lane. Take College Lane into center of campus and
bear left. You will pass the field
house on your right prior to reaching parking lot on the left. There is a walkway from the far end of the
parking lot to the field house.

To Swarthmore College (indoor track meet January 8, 2006):
From Interstate 95 south of
the Philadelphia airport, go north on Route 476 (the “Blue Route”). From Exit 3 of Route 476, head east (right
if traveling north on 476; left if traveling south on 476) for about 1
mile. At the Springfield Mall, turn
right (south) onto Route 320. At the
first traffic light turn right to stay on 320.
Follow 320 for about 1 mile into the town of Swarthmore. After passing under railroad tracks, take
hairpin left turn to proceed back over Route 320 and into college campus on
your right. The Lamb Miller Field House
will be on your left. Additional

To Ursinus College (indoor track meet January 14, 2006):
From Philadelphia: Via
Interstate 76 (the Schuylkill Expressway), take Exit 328A to Route 422
West/Pottstown, just before the Pennsylvania Turnpike tollgates. Travel eight
miles to the Route 29/Collegeville exit.
At the bottom of the exit ramp turn right onto Route 29 North. Proceed 2.5 miles to the traffic light by
McDonald’s. Turn left onto Main Street.
Travel 0.8 mile to the traffic light at
Ninth Avenue and make a right turn.
Proceed 0.2 mile to the Ursinus College West Entrance on the right. Parking lot on left. Entrance to the track is on the lower level
of the Floy Lewis Bakes Fieldhouse at the bottom of the parking lot.
From the east-west PA
Turnpike: Exit at Valley Forge (# 326). Just beyond the tollgates, take the
exit to 422 West/Pottstown. Travel
eight miles to the Route 29/Collegeville exit. Follow above directions from there.

To The Glen Mills Schools (indoor track meet January 22, 2006):
Take Route 476 (the “Blue
Route”) to Exit 5 Lima/Springfield and take Route 1 South (this is the Route 1
Media Bypass). This road will merge;
follow the merge as it is still Route 1. You will pass Granite Run Mall on your right. Continue on Route 1 past the Franklin Mint
(this will be on your left). At the
third traffic light after the Franklin Mint, make a right onto Stony Bank Road.
Continue on Stony Bank Road for approximately
1.8 miles until you cannot go any further. Make a left. This is Glen
Mills Road. Continue up the hill
approximately ½ mile. The Glen Mills
Schools main entrance is on the right directly across from the “Glen Mills
Schools” sign at the top of the hill. Continue to the back of the campus where the road curves to the
right. The Hayes Recreation Center
(green and brick) is the second building on the left. Additional directions: www.glenmillsschool.org

To Lehigh University (Mid-Atlantic USATF Open & Masters Indoor Championships February 25, 2006):
From Philadelphia: Take Route
309 North to Center Valley. Turn right
onto Route 378 North. Continue on Rte. 378 for approximately four (4)
miles to the fourth traffic light. Turn right onto Black River Road. Turn left at end of Black River Road onto Bingen Road. Go straight at the first traffic light -
Bingen Road becomes Mountain Drive South. Take the first right turn to enter the Goodman Campus. The Rauch Fieldhouse will be 0.3 mile on
your right.
An alternate route for those
approaching from points south is to travel north on the Northeast Extension of
the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Route 476) to Exit 44. Turn left after
tollbooths onto Route 663, heading for Quakertown. After 3.5 miles, turn left at traffic light onto Route 309 (West
End Blvd.) and continue as described above.
